In the latest version of Arivis Vision4D, users will be able to run customised python scripts in the pipeline itself. In this demonstration, chromatin in the nucleus is precisely segmented into concentric rings and quantified using a python script. This implementation further improves the flexibility and power of the Arivis Vision4D pipeline, which has already incorporated most image processing functions. Now, even if the desired analysis is not built into Arivis vision4D, users can run their analysis in the pipeline with basic python knowledge.
The update also added object classification capability in the machine learning trainer, as well as other improvements such as GPU acceleration in analysis and the new glass rendering option for 3D objects.
