After only 3 hours of unpacking, installation and calibration, the MuVi-SPIM system was ready for demonstration at College of Life Sciences, Wuhan University.
Invited by Prof Song Baoliang, Luxendo, SANE Asia and Twinter organised a light-sheet microscopy workshop in Wuhan University on 18 Oct, 2018. The MuVi-SPIM system has also been installed and will stay in Wuhan University for 2 weeks for demonstration.
A few groups of researchers who study plant embryo sac have been doing image acquisition by themselves after a short introduction and training. They have collected results that they have never been able to achieve under confocal microscopes.
